Fair. Standard, typical questions of business interviews. Made sure that the expectation of a twenty four hour, seven day a week manufacturing atmosphere was well established. Consisted of a phone screen interview followed by a site visit with an interview with two managers and plant tour. Shortly after interview was offered a position.
