Smooth and comfortable. The interviewer were very calm and composed . They were senior persons so they knew that candidate may panick, hence they asked initially some easy questions to get the candidate relaxed.
Multi tier, HR and technical. Start with phone interview then on site in person interview. Mostly one on one. Fairly simple with targeted questions, general then technical spanning both education and work experience
