I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell Technologies (Hamilton, NJ) in Jul 2023
Interview
1. HR Screening 2. Online Assessment - Two parts ( Psychometry and analytical skills) 3. HM Interview The HM interview turned out to be a panel interview. I didnt know why and what was going on. The interviews were not at all interested in asking me questions and didnt say much. They didnt even know for which role they were interviewing me, as a result I couldnt ask any product or team related question to them. I got a rejection email on the next day, although I already knew I was rejected. Sheer wastage of my time, energy and preparation.

Interview
Very unprofessional process, focused on other than professional achievements and qualities, formal asking of irrelevant questions aiming to disparage and negate the potential, was not aiming to involve but to find reasons not to cooperate, HR treated as if already guilty in something , the hiring manager was very arrogant and bossy.
