I applied online. I interviewed at Hopebridge in Mar 2017
Interview
I could tell it was an unorganized facility. The staff looked stressed out and seemed to be negative about working for the company. They didn't come out and say don't work here but hinted that management won't take care of you and everyone was looking for another job. I won't be working for this company. I got an overall bad impression from the manager and the staff didn't seem happy.
Behavioral questions were many, It was in person interview and I enjoyed the conversation. I was offered the job immediately. Looking forward to start in two weeks time.I was shown around too.

Interview
Easy. Friendly center manager
Pretty straight to the point. The interview was very laid back. Lots of laughs and great conversation. I was offered the position the exact same day.
Quick, easy, got a tour of the facility, everyone was very kind, I got to shadow an RBT for about 45 minutes. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The place was clean, the people working seemed happy.
