I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hopebridge
Interview
Pretty quick process. The phone interview is to screen you, to see if you're a good fit. BEWARE they ask you how much pay you're expecting during the phone interview. It threw me off, so do your research beforehand. The manager that was supposed to interview me went on lunch, so someone else had to. It was really unorganized and unprofessional. The staff was nice though.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hopebridge (Florence, KY) in Jan 2026
Interview
Interviewer was nice and respectful. The job was explained. I don't feel like the benefits and pay were discussed well. It was too easy and not enough qualifying questions. The role difficulty wasn't fully explained.
It was a very smooth process. I enjoyed that there was a phone call and an in person interview. There was also shadowing involved and a tour of the facility.
Short phone interview extremely short face to face interview . A list of questions went through very fast. Would not say it was engaging interview. It was basically a task they wanted to hurry up and get done
