First a call with HR about logistics then the formal interview. Very smooth process and seemed streamlined across the company. It seemed pretty limited in flexibility though. There was only an in person option

Interview
First it was a phone call with a talent acquisition staff person. That person then set up a zoom interview with the regional BC BA. Zoom meeting lasted approximately 35 minutes. Received offer within three to four hours after the zoom meeting
Phone screening then 45 min video interview. I talked to the regional director and was offered the job the next day by the recruiter who screened me. Super simple and gave me time to ask questions as well.
