Full day with an HR, technical and one on one with the Chief Pilot. Also had a sim session on an FTD at a nearby flight school. Very thorough, but straight forward.

Straight forward and professional. Brief phone interview followed by an in person interview at Horizon Air headquarters in SeaTac, WA. A total of 10 people interviewed the same day and 9 were offered a job. The person who did not receive a job offer was the only one not wearing a suit and tie. (Don’t know if that made the difference or not)
