Although the initial process of getting a candidate in for an interview may happen quickly there are additional steps after that; our recruiting team does reach out to candidates to inform them that we are still interested and what next steps will be if we move forward. A 3-week recruiting process is a average time frame to ensure we have the right talent. Once an offer is accepted on-boarding will include a background and reference check.
