## A Frustrating Recruitment Experience
I recently had a truly baffling and disorganized experience with a company's recruitment process. From the outset, it was clear there was a lack of coordination, making what should have been an exciting opportunity into a series of frustrating delays and miscommunications.
During the initial screening, the **recruiter seemed unsure about basic details**, such as the number of interview rounds and the salary range for the role. This immediately set a concerning precedent. Following each subsequent interview, I found myself **repeatedly chasing the HR team for feedback**, as emails went unanswered and proactive communication was non-existent.
After completing three rounds, including interviews with the CS Director and a Sales Manager, I was informed that a fourth round, involving a task, would be next. However, at this crucial stage, the **recruiter went completely silent**. My attempts to follow up were met with no response. The final communication I received was not from HR, but a LinkedIn message from the CS Director, simply stating that they had "moved forward with someone else."
The entire process was an exercise in disorganization and unresponsiveness. The lack of clarity, the need for constant follow-up, and the abrupt, indirect final notification made this one of the most incompetent recruitment experiences I've ever encountered.
