Very standard for a corporation position. First, I met with the HR lady and she gave an overview of the position and the day. Then asked basic questions about myself and then really standard behavioral type interview questions. They really wanted specific examples of situations I had been in previously. Later in the day, I met one on one with a few of the attorneys. All were really nice and none really felt like an interview but rather a get to know you conversation. Then there was a lunch with a few of the attorneys and that didn't feel like an interview either but rather a conversation about the job and life in Austin. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job so maybe it was too casual. Wish I could be more help. As far as I know though, Hormel loves behavioral, situational interview questions.
