Met them at a job conference. They told me to apply online. Two weeks later I had a phone interview with the standard STAR format, the questions I got were very straight forward, but I got lucky because I had good examples. A day later I was invited to an onsite interview. The onsite was at their main plant and headquarters. Met with HR and then had interviews with high ranking officials as well as a plant manager. The interviews were very informal and and a very relaxing atmosphere. Only the plant manager asked me questions regarding my experience.
My experience overall was excellent. Everybody treated me super nice, and everybody in all three places I went knew who I was by name, even the security guard. They really wanted me to feel welcome and I did. Also I got a personal plant tour which was just great, but then again I love industrial plants.
Sorry to say it again but everybody I met at this company was great and treated me great. This heavily affected my decision to accept their offer. Oh by the way they made me an offer very quickly, took them a week.
