This review is not for an interview, but the application process. Upon submitting an online application, one receives a behavioral survey with 50+ questions . For a professional position, it is absolutely ridiculous with numerous questions regarding drug use and tendency to use violence in the workplace, including one in which someone is supposed to rate their likelihood of “punching someone in the mouth” they get mad at someone. Absolutely ridiculous. After so many, I just stopped the survey. What a horrific first impression!
