Also not commenting on interview, but application process. Very unprofessional process where a candidate is asked about 75 questions regarding the likelihood of punching someone, drinking and drug use, experience with fraudulent worker's comp claims, and justifications for stealing. As a professional with stellar education, experience and references these questions are not applicable...my willingness to participate in pre-employment checks including drug testing, background and reference checks should suffice. However, the very fact that they ask multiple times in multiple ways (not one universal question about drug use but many questions about every type of drug--cocaine, marijuana, meth, opiates, etc.) give the impression that this is a place I would NOT want to work at because either the management is overly suspicious and paranoid, or they have really bad hiring practices and employees. BTW... makes me a bit wary of even getting on one of their boats in the future. I too quit this ridiculous process.
