They ask you more questions and if you're lucky, they send you to the second interview with a drug-teet. Because my resume didn't have the bartending and food service experience on it, they sent me to bring a copy with the appropriate info on it within the hour. I live in New Jersey, the ship was docked in Manhattan. I left, with my healing broken arm for the second time and never was invited back, even though I almost want to try. The anger was from me going there the day after I broke my arm and being turned away, and then being sent home two months later after trying again. I don't recommend this company unless they change how they treat people as if they matter. Clearly they developed a reputation of otherwise.
