I had a phone interview with a recruiter or someone from HR. The interview went very well, and the recruiter was at first very attentive about accommodating my schedule. She said the next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager, and I should hear back in a few days. Despite her promise, she never got back to me to tell me my status. After several months, it was obvious I was no longer being considered, especially since the position was posted numerous times. I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and kept in touch like you're supposed to. She never returned the courtesy, and as a result, I have a very negative feeling about this company.
