I had a 30-minute interview with the volunteering director and the hospital’s associate director. They asked a few questions about my motivation for volunteering, my background, the areas I was interested in, and whether I was comfortable with tasks like standing for long periods. Afterwards, I received a final phone screening to confirm my start date and placement details.
There was a virtual 30-minute interview with the volunteer coordinator and one of the assistant directors. Following the interview, I promptly received all necessary onboarding documents and guidelines. Interview was also done well in advance.
