The process took 3+ months, and I didn't have the offer. The entire process includes the phone interview with all team members, a data challenge, and a video onsite interview. After the final round, they also asked me to provide 5 references for them. I keep following up with them for more than two months to express my interests and they just said they haven't made a decision. In the end, I didn't get the offer.
