After a brief phone screen, I was asked to interview via Skype with the Field Recruiter/ Field Support Manager. During this session, I was asked to respond back to a few spontaneous questions in Spanish since the role called for bilingual skills. The second round interview consisted of meeting with Vice President of Business Development at the Atlanta Airport; followed by attending the Manager's meeting and interviewing in a group interview with both the VP and CEO.
