• Assisting HBU International Students’ Coordinator with research for recruitment of international students and scholars
• Representing the International Office of the University in person, on the telephone, and/or via e-mail
• Creating and maintaining information, using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Managing and checking for the required documents for international student visa processing
• Managing student and staff blogs
• Assisting in the planning and execution of events
• Working and communicating with prospective students, current students, parents, alumni, office colleagues, other university and school administrators and faculty
• Working on other administrative duties and projects as assigned
