My 1st interview was over the telephone. I was interviewed by a handful of the department faculty who then approved me to be interviewed by the Dean, Assistant Dean and Department Chair. The interview with the faculty was nerve racking because they asked questions that really didn't apply to my situation. The final interview with the Dean was awesome.
