I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Houston Methodist (Houston, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
I submitted an application online and was contacted a couple weeks later for the prescreening interview. I received an invite for a second interview on the spot. The second interview was a panel style interview. There was one representative from each unit and they each asked 1-2 questions. The questions were exactly the same as the prescreening interview. About a week and a half later, I received an offer.
Received an email for invitation to attend pre-screening event. First round is 15 min pre-screening event with all of Houston Methodist. Second round 30 mins is a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams.
