I applied online late March, received a call to come in for Microsoft testing early April, received a call about three weeks later to have an interview the first week of May, I have not received a call back as yet. The interview was with a panel of four people everyone was friendly and the interview went well and smoothly, they were open to answering my questions as well as going further into the position.

The interview process is fairly easy. Metro's interviews are usually among a panel of four to five. The panel consist of the hiring specialist, direct management you will work under, the director of the department, and finally they pull a person from abother department always. The questions aren't difficult at all. They ask you about yourself, and pretty much simple questions about how efficient you are. There is nothing too in depth the panel gets into that pertains to the position except one question out of a possible 10 questions.
