2 interviews, open, friendly group interview. Extensive questioning must be prepared to relate real work expericence in answering questions. Office tour and met potential co workers. Required follow up phone calls and emails to determine status. Must coordinate through HR department, not hirirng manager. Panel interview of 5 did not offer much eye contact as all were writing down answers to score at a later time. Interview was not rushed, so time was allowed to go into detail on some questions offering a chance to connect with the panel participants.
