Houzz Account Coordinator interview questions

I applied at Houzz in the beginning of August 2016. A recruiter emailed me towards the end of September and I then had a phone interview. I can't say enough about how sweet and wonderful the recruiter was. The conversation was not awkward at all and she was very friendly and made me excited about the opportunity. I was then called in for a formal interview with the hiring manager. The interview was very underwhelming and the excitement in the office that Houzz markets was not at all the vibe I picked up when I went in person. I felt the hiring manager was very disinterested and by the time I left the interview I was no longer interested in the position, as the person I interviewed with described the role as a telemarketer job with essentially no room for growth (higher pay but still a telemarketer). With that said, the recruiters could not have been better and I feel that because they had set the bar so high, I was instantly disappointed by the hiring manager's lack of energy. Definitely a disappointing experience after all the wonderful things I have heard about Houzz.

After a brief phone interview I was invited in for their "Open Houzz" presentation. 30 minute presentation where they explain more about the company. About 30 other potential hires. After that we broke into smaller groups based on the positions we were applying for and were given a presentation about the specific position. Then we were called back one by one for an incredibly short one on one interview. Basic questions, lasted about 5 minutes, felt rushed.
