1. Apply 2. Phone interview > about 15 minutes, basic questions about current job, why you want to leave. Then some questions about extra curricular activities in high school and college. 3. Invitation to attend their Open Houzz. This takes place around 6 PM at their office. They give a presentation on the company and the basic duties of the open positions. Meet with a recruiter for about 5-10 minutes. I think this part is to weed out candidates that obviously won't fit in. Most people make it to the next round though. 4. One-on-one interview with recruiter. About 1 hour. LOTS of standard interview questions then more about your high school & college activities. 5. If you make it past that then you do a mock sales call They are looking for very happy & peppy people. They are more concerned about maintaining their company culture than about your past job experiences. Be as positive as possible!
