Interview
A recruiter called me two days after turning in my application online. The first interview is on the phone and it is just a preliminary interview. The lady that interviewed me was really nice and made it very relaxing. Right when we got off the phone, she sent me an invitation to come in for an in-person interview the next week.
When I arrived at Houzz there was about 10 other people who were also interviewing. They gave us a tour of the office (which was super cool) and then showed us a presentation about working at Houzz. Every employee that was there was really welcoming so it put me more at ease. Once both of those things were done I met with one of the three interviewers for about 3-5 minutes. I got really nervous so I think I kind of spaced out during my interview but the questions were not hard, it is just something that I need to work on. Don't worry, interview is pretty easy and as long as you show enthusiasm and dedication, I think they will want you!

Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
