First interview is a brief phone interview. Second interview was A one on one in person interview that was about 20 minutes. I didn't make it to the third round but she said it would have consisted of another interview with the hiring manager and a role playing portion

First, they emailed me to set up a phone interview. During the phone call they asked questions about yourself, where did you grow up, what did you like to do in college, etc. At the end of the interview the recruiter told me they would be setting up a in person interview. One day later I received an email to set up an in person interview with the recruiter. All interview times were during the week in the middle of the day. I then had a one on one in person interview with a recruiter. The recruiter made me feel at ease and comfortable. She asked the same questions as the phone interview but to elaborate more in depth. It seemed they are looking for people that have done extracurriculars in High School and College than someone who has had work experience that qualifies you for the job. I did not get any question that was job specific.
