It can take several weeks - you may go into the office 3 separate times if they want to move forward with you. The initial phone interview felt like more of a screening, then an "Open Houzz" with a (very) brief 1:1 interview. That seemed less about getting to know details about me and more about how I reacted to a fast-paced situation and what my demeanor was. That's just my guess though. Then a formal 1:1, the woman who conducted this was VERY kind and affirming. Felt very conversational. She got a good grasp on my background and my skills, and took plenty of notes. Then they initiated a background check and request for references. My final interview was a role play and a formal, more difficult 1:1 interview. They gave PLENTY of time to prepare for the role play and great tips, my advice is not to stress about it too much, just make sure you hit the points they suggest when they are explaining the exercise to you, speak with confidence, and demonstrate willingness. In my role play, the fake customer (aka the interviewer) seemed responsive to that. Overall, I enjoyed my interview experience. My advice is to dress and carry yourself in a way that reflects your personality and demeanor. I think trying to show my cheerful, unique side was helpful for me because they do want someone who is enthusiastic and confident.
