Question 1
How did you hear about the company? Where did you grow up? Explain your past employment and duties typical pre screening questions. After the interview i was told i'm very pleased with your resume and experience and we will definitely be contacting you back for a in person interview the next day i got an email saying that they will not be going forward with my application.
Great company to work for. They have a stringent hiring process. You will have multiple interviews followed by a presentation at the end. All in all they want to see if you understand their platform and user mentality. Big props if you show your personality or if you have a positive attitude it will go a long way. It was definitely gruelling but totally fair as the job itself is quit full on.

Houzz places a large emphasis on role playing in the interview process, both for external and internal roles. It's daunting in the moment but is actually good practice and gives interviewers a good sense of how you think on your feet
