I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Houzz (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2016
Interview
Contacted by recruiter to conduct an "initial screening" over the phone, basically questions to make sure you have a pulse and sound educated. Passed the screening and then had a 2nd phone interview with a hiring manager. Hiring manager allotted about 15 min or less for the interview and then rushed off the phone so no in depth questions or meaningful conversation had there as she was late calling me and appeared to be in a time crunch with her other calls. Received confirmation of interested in a 3rd interview in person at the local office. On this interview you speak to someone who has been in the position and is now a Lead with influence in the hiring decision. The 3rd Interview went very well. About a week later had the 4th and final interview which is also a role play. The role play was very simple however also rushed. This is followed by a traditional interview with a higher up. Very much conflict based questions as its a customer service position so be prepared to know how you handle conflict with customers and with co-workers.

Question 1
How do you handle conflict?
Have you ever gotten into a conflict with a co-worker and how did you handle it?
Met with recruiter then hiring manager and team lead manager I would be working with. Pretty fast overall process once they have reached out to you. Several quick questions about experience and then metrics into their company and what the role entails.
It was an efficient process. One phone interview with their recruiter and then an in person interview with a manager. Role playing was part of the interview process (the manager gave me a specific complaint and I had to resolve the customer’s problem).

Interview
Thorough but comfortable! I had multiple interviews, but everyone was very personable. They requested an at home typing speed test (to be completed after the first interview) and asked me to email the results to the recruiter.
