Interview
I applied online and had a brief phone interview before I was directed to meet with the Hiring Manager for an in person interview. The interview experience was miserable. The hiring manager was incredibly brusque and rude and put a bad taste in my mouth. I got the feeling they only value employees that will generate a large amount of money for the company, but do not care if you have great interpersonal and communication skills, which is what the application was requesting. The office looked warm and inviting, but ultimately, I left not wanting to work for a company that looks at their employees and clients as merely a means to end to make the most money possible.

Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
