Houzz is very efficient about their interview process. They emailed me 24-48 hours after I applied to schedule a plus or minus thirty minute phone interview. Afterwords they let you know of their decision in the next 24-48 hours in which you go in for an in person interview and finally the third decision interview.

Interview
Lengthy and asked about summer between high school and college, which was quite strange since that was over 15 years ago. They did role play and really focused on everyone being number one at everything they do.
