The above job title is basically the old Account Coordinator. I applied and their in house recruiter emailed to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview questions were basically the same as in-person. I can tell they wanted someone who was very involved with high school/college.
The vibe I get in the office is that everyone used to be a "popular" kid. I'm trying not to sound butt hurt, but I literally was overqualified for the job and really wanted a job at houzz because I love the company and work culture. I did my research and I thought I nailed the interview. The in person interview was with their hiring manager. I came 10 mins early, and he didn't get me until 1:10 (interview was at 1) and he was just sitting and chilling with his friends right in front of me.
Anyways, I do sound butt hurt, but this position is basically cold-calling. Be aware. $14.40/hour with bonuses
