Initial phone screening: interviewer was strange and misleading. After answering questions (correctly) he remained silent and gave no indication of the answer was right or wrong. This was very disconcerting and made me second guess things I clearly knew the correct answer to. The nice thing was that they got back to me (albeit with a negative answer) the following day.
