Phone Interview then Skype interview. In person interview for the final. The company does not hire international students. I was disappointed as to how long it took them to tell me that.
Initial phone screening was standard - asked about experience, motivations etc. However, questions dragged on for far longer than necessary and at the end, they said they would get back via email but never did.
