Contacted by a recruiter for two phone screens with the recruiter and the team. The process went fine but I still did not understand why I was not moved to the next round.

I applied online and get contacted several days later to set up one technical interview and then another. The first one focuses on SQL. I was given 3 questions to write SQL through online coder pad. The other focuses on business case, which is a A/B test situation. Throughout this 2nd interview, I was asked about basic statistical concepts like p-value, sample size, and hypothesis testing etc. They are every quick at response. I got feedbacks one day after the interview.
