Interview
I had three interviews total. One phone interview that was less than 20 minutes and overall really pleasant. A second in office interview that was a more in depth version of the first interview, and a final interview that was a role play of calling clients, completing an account with them, and then what was supposed to be a brief expansion on the second interview. Really, I can say the first and second interview were your typical average interview. However, I did successfully do the role play and complete a "sale" to their client. The interview process after that with the hiring manager felt like a lot of trick questions and unnecessary expansions. They have notes with them of your previous interviews. The third interview was constantly "Why?" and "What do you mean by this answer and this answer?" It felt a bit more like an interrogation rather than an interview. While I know this seems like a rejected candidate may be bitter, this is truly honest. My first and second interviews were pleasant, while the third felt more aggressive.

Initial phone screening was standard - asked about experience, motivations etc. However, questions dragged on for far longer than necessary and at the end, they said they would get back via email but never did.
