I applied online and received an email with a link to set up a time for a brief phone interview. The phone interview was more informational, mostly about the position itself and learning more about me. Then I set up a time for an in-person interview, again via email. The in-person interview took about an hour and was very straightforward and very much so a typical interview. I first Skyped with someone from their office in California, and then met with someone in person. All of the questions were very basic interview questions, so nothing too difficult.

Initial phone screening was standard - asked about experience, motivations etc. However, questions dragged on for far longer than necessary and at the end, they said they would get back via email but never did.
