I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Houzz (Irvine, CA)
Interview
The interview process was very long and quite grueling. I had an initial phone interview, a 2nd in-person interview, and then a 3rd in-person role-play interview with a follow-up interview immediately after the role play. The 3rd interview was about two hours long and was very intense.

Tell me about any clubs/organizations that you are involved with...
They asked about sales background
Great company to work for. They have a stringent hiring process. You will have multiple interviews followed by a presentation at the end. All in all they want to see if you understand their platform and user mentality. Big props if you show your personality or if you have a positive attitude it will go a long way. It was definitely gruelling but totally fair as the job itself is quit full on.

Why Houzz? Why sales? You don't seem like a salesperson.. (I don't). Very blunt but direct.
Houzz places a large emphasis on role playing in the interview process, both for external and internal roles. It's daunting in the moment but is actually good practice and gives interviewers a good sense of how you think on your feet
