I went to my school career fair and gave them my resume and talked to one of the software engineers at their booth about interests in frontend engineering. About 2 months later, a technical recruiter emailed me asking to conduct a technical phone interview. Before the interview, the recruiter debriefed with me what the interview would be like, how it would be conducted, know your data structures and algorithms, etc. The first round was just a technical phone interview with a software engineer, and I did my coding over CoderPad. I did very well in the initial phone screen, so a week later, I had a final round of two technical video interviews back to back, first with a software engineer and the second with an engineering manager. Both of these interviews used CoderPad as well. I did well on the first interview, but messed up on parts of the second one. A about 3 days later, I heard back from the recruiter that I got an offer.
