Interview
Was nice and easy couldnt have acced an interview I didn't prep for, get to know the company and ask them questions it will be good if you take some initiate and have a strong demeanor and attitude. Mostly role play-oriented and well organized with feedback and as long as you utilize the feed back the job should be yours.
Great company to work for. They have a stringent hiring process. You will have multiple interviews followed by a presentation at the end. All in all they want to see if you understand their platform and user mentality. Big props if you show your personality or if you have a positive attitude it will go a long way. It was definitely gruelling but totally fair as the job itself is quit full on.

Houzz places a large emphasis on role playing in the interview process, both for external and internal roles. It's daunting in the moment but is actually good practice and gives interviewers a good sense of how you think on your feet
