Pretty standard interview process. 1. Chat with HR (who takes a month to get back to you -- pretty disappointed) 2. First phone interview -- LC hard (convert number to english words) 3. Second Interview -- few questions about web stuff like DNS, TCP vs UDP etc and then a basic coding question which was blown out of proportion made difficult unnecessarily (insertion and search of BST with a twist). I didn't understand the contract of the question properly and when I asked questions about it the interviewer mocked me saying are you really sure you're a Software Engineer? I had already lost interest when he mocked and just wanted to get done with the interview. As soon as I solved the problem, I just hung up. The recruiter replied to me with a standard rejection email and I was really pissed because he mentioned they're pretty new to interviewing remotely (sounds to me like a a "YOU" problem! If you're new, don't treat people as guinea pigs and bloody accept your mistake. Never interviewing with them again!
