I had a friend recommend that I apply for the account coordinator position at Houzz. Houzz contacted me about a day after I submitted my application and resume on their website to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted for about 5 minutes and I was doing most of the question asking. The girl interviewing seemed unprepared and uncomfortable.

They asked what I was involved in during high school.
Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
