Red flags all around... First of all, my point of contact was not HR (never spoke with them or had standard questions about salary, benefits, etc), but instead a current (would-be peer) employee who has been there about 3 years. Process involved a 1st video interview was with the peer, 2nd phone call with the hiring manager, 3rd video interview with the same original peer. Strange, atypical experience that def drew red flags and rubbed me the wrong way, including no cross-functional interviews with Eng or UX, as well as eating during the interview, and (surprise, surprise) no follow up / ghosting me.
