I was referred for another role (but the recruiter ghosted me), then I was informed about this role. Phone interview with the same recruiter, then a very easy skills test, and finally a videocall with the manager. I informed them I wasn't interested because of incongruities between what was told during the first chat and the following videocall, and also because the salary and job itself didn't fully match my expectations. They never reply neither with a simple "thanks for letting us know".
