First part of process was a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. If they decide to move your forward, the next step is a one on one in person interview with managers and an information session in a group setting where they tell you about the job and the company and answer any questions from the group.

Asked about high school involvement, college involvement, leadership, college GPA, and why you want to work for them.
Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.
