A recruiter reached out to me after a week of applying. A phone interview was scheduled for the following week. I am almost 30 years old and have masters degree and all this person did was ask me questions about high school. More than half the interview was about high school other than why I wanted the job I applied to and having the opportunity to ask questions at the end. They ask about clubs, sports and high school GPA. Nothing was very relevant to the actual job/related skills. Anyways I was prepared for all the high school questions because I read Glassdoor beforehand but still, the interview was very odd because it seemed like my experience and higher education didn't matter.
