HORRIBLE. The phone screener asked me the most ridiculous questions about where I lived and how long it would take me to get to work and then he automatically assumed that I wouldn't be able to live where I wanted due to salary expectations but when asked the range he wouldn't disclose. He said it was a contract to perm and that the only difference when I became a full time employee was that I'd get stocks and threw out an arbitrary number as to what I would get and how much they'd be worth at a certain time. I get onsite and I meet with another recruiter and realized that everyone on the team is (for lack of a better term) OLD. I did not want to work with these people. I declined moving forward in the process. I had other offers with a lower salary and I was willing to pursue those instead.
