Interview
I was invited to a group interview process. We all sat in a room and listened to one of the employees talk about why he loves working there. They gave a presentation about Houzz and then pulled each of us aside for 5 minutes - basically to see if our personality fit the mold. The conversation was fine, but it was very short and before you know it you're out of there. You have to make a great impression with your interviewer in the first minute. If not, you probably won't be called back.
Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Interview
Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
