I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Houzz (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
There were 6 total meetings/interviews. The first two were introductory- getting to know each other type questions. They do ask for high school activities and GPA's. The third interview was a mock sales call. The fourth and fifth were behavioral questions and experience questions and the sixth was to find out if I was interested in a position there. It's a long process.
Great company to work for. They have a stringent hiring process. You will have multiple interviews followed by a presentation at the end. All in all they want to see if you understand their platform and user mentality. Big props if you show your personality or if you have a positive attitude it will go a long way. It was definitely gruelling but totally fair as the job itself is quit full on.

Question 1
Why Houzz? Why sales? You don't seem like a salesperson.. (I don't). Very blunt but direct.
Houzz places a large emphasis on role playing in the interview process, both for external and internal roles. It's daunting in the moment but is actually good practice and gives interviewers a good sense of how you think on your feet
